If indicated, you will receive a prescription for medication or hormones to help alleviate symptoms and optimize your health.
Hormone optimization can be particularly beneficial for women experiencing the following:
The 10 year transitional phase leading up to menopause where hormone levels fluctuate, causing symptoms like anxiety and low mood, poor sleep, brain fog, fatigue, weight gain and decreased sex drive are common even without irregular periods. This can start when a woman is in her late 30s and early 40s.
The stage when menstruation ceases, leading to symptoms such as night sweats, vaginal dryness, and a further decreased libido due to lower hormone levels.
Women not feeling 'like themselves' often experience fatigue, weight gain, mood changes, and other symptoms that can be linked to hormonal imbalances.
