It’s important to us here at Claraderma+ that we continue to work together to keep our patients, staff, and community members healthy. We are following the lead of Canadian Public Health Authorities at this time and will remain OPEN. Future decisions about closing the clinic for health reasons will be made in collaboration with Public Health, Niagara Region. In the meantime, we have waived our cancellation policy. If you are feeling unwell, please give us a call so that we can reschedule your appointment to a later date. Additionally, if you have been travelling, please call to reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days after your return. As always, hand washing is everyone’s best precaution.
Here are some of the ways we are protecting our patients, staff, and the community at Claraderma+:
Procedure rooms will be sanitized, as always with Cavi Wipes which are effective against Coronavirus, after every procedure. This includes sinks, tables, doorknobs (inner and outer), light switches, chairs, handles of machines;
Our staff will increase the frequency they wash their hands at every point of contact including when they have entered a procedure room, after each patient and as needed throughout a procedure;
Common areas (waiting room/bathroom) will be sanitized with Cavi Wipes every hour, along with all hard surfaces and high use touchpoints including desks, chairs, tables, sinks, POS machine keypad, ipad keypad and ipad;
All magazines and brochures have been removed from the waiting room to decrease any items that might be handled frequently.
If you are concerned that you may have been exposed to, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please contact Telehealth at 1-888-797-0000 or Niagara Public Health 905-688-8248 ext. 7330
Wash your hands regularly and use sanitizer when soap and water aren’t available
